Good ride, nice look
Great! Quite easy to install and levels my truck out nicely. My f150 always rode like a car and this makes it a little more truck-like bur still very smooth.

Lifetime warranty is not useable
This is my 2nd kit, the first was flawless. No problem with this kit until months after installation when the right rear shock began leaking. Contacted Rancho and they informed me I had to go through the point of purchase. I contact them (Trends Auto) and although they will warranty the shock (with shipping both directions being my responsibility), I’m required to ship them the original shock first. I offered to buy a new shock and have them refund and they will not. So the only option is to remove my shock, leave my truck parked for the entire time until the shock is received and a new shock is sent. Pretty much a non-option.

Great upgrade to the stock suspension.
Levels out the truck. Rides great. A bit firm but it doesn't take much to adjust it to your preference. Installation on an F150 was a feat in itself. Not the struts/shocks fault. Freeing those tie rod ends is a chore. Have patience though, they will come out. Also disconnect the upper control arm and the sway bar link. Then you will have enough clearance to get past the boot and don't have to force anything. You will need a large torque wrench to get the proper 356/406ft/lbs for the lower control arm bolt. If you don't have the tools, rent it or have a shop do it.

Rear shocks were bad out of the box never installed them
The rear shocks are both junk .the original shocks are still good, was looking to upgrade but did not use them. They have no resistance and I tried to adjust the settings but it didn't work.

Great look and ride.
Works as described. Be prepared to have big tools for the front lower strut bolt. 30mm, and you are gonna need a big... really big breaker bar. Torqued to over 100 ft/lb. Otherwise easy install

Happy Overall....
I put these on my 2012 F150 FX4. I have them on the softest setting, and they’re still pretty stiff. I’m hoping they soften up a bit over time. Note: they arrived separately over a period of about a week, but when the first strut arrived, it showed that the whole order had been delivered. Overall, I’m happy with this product!UPDATE: 5/31/21 - After breaking in, the ride became too soft on the softest setting, so I increased them to the 5th setting. They now ride GREAT! I’m very pleased!

Check your part number before install
For a long time I have wondered why my truck is so stiff, no matter what setting I had it on. After my RC 6 inch lift, my upper control arm touches mount and at a horrible angle.. was in process of changing my tie rod ends and I noticed part number on each strut.. RS999805.. on BOTH sides. But rancho sells them as completely different part numbers to identify left and right side. RS999911 and RS999935 are correct part numbers. If you cant tell in pic, strut should be closer to frame, at a different angle such as my spacer. That is way off. Sucks I didnt notice until 6 months later but come on, if you're gonna sell parts, sell them correctly. Hopefully nobody else has this problem but I suggest yall check struts before install.
