I use a similar but different product from Nature's Sunshine for a medical issue. My wife has tried it and that other product initially seemed to be working for her as well, but that tapered off and apparently she just had a short respite from the problem.We re-ordered for me, and I accidentally ordered this product. Rather than send it back, we decided that my wife would use it and see if it would help (my issue is known to be NOT related to the small intestine, so I wasn't going to use it). My wife used up what I had mistakenly ordered, and by the time she was finishing the last bottle I'd ordered, she was already experiencing her original problem again.I hesitate to give this less than a 3-star rating, because I simply cannot know whether it will ~~generally~~ be useful for small intestine issues or not. But I do know that a similar product works exceptionally well for me in avoiding any further painful flare-ups of diverticulitis. So based on the company's reputation, and the known quality of a similar product in their line, I'm giving this the benefit of the doubt for my wife's condition. It may simply not be due to a small intestine issue (as we're beginning to realize with the help of her doctors). I have no legitimate reason to give this less than an average rating, because we simply took a chance based on a mistake in ordering on my part, and it didn't happen to work out unfortunately.

After starting to take these, my poops started to get solid and smooth again, and it had that satisfying feel like everyone came out that supposed to. I remember feeling that as a kid, but with out Western diet, I had almost forgotten what a normal bowel movement was supposed to feel like. Now I was taking a bunch of different things at the same time, so I'm not sure how they may have been interacting, but I'm pretty sure this was the main one that was causing this effect. I just wish they were cheaper!

if you have any bowel problems these are a natural way to help you go to the restroom. I have always bought from nature sunshine their products are of high quality and I trust them.

I use this product daily on a regular basis. If I didn't, I wouldn't be able to go. This product works amazing! I'm actually going on a Reg basis now as opposed to maybe once a week or even 2 weeks. So thank you for making this product! You definitely have a repeat buyer from me! ;)

This product has changed my life. Annoying gas and discomfort for years is now GONE! Helps heal ulcers too caused by long term aspirin use. I do one after breakfast and one after dinner.
