This product is great. It works as promised. It is high quality. It is very convenient in the home or in the road. I’m 65 and found it very easy to understand and perform each exercise. The videos available are very helpful.

I like this new design for a gym bag or any bag for that matter. It is elongated and can easily carry light clothes or even a yoga mat. It is not padded but the material used is pretty decent. It has several pockets and most of them are meshed. The mesh material is very strong and does not look cheap. Some pockets should have been closed instead of meshed as people can see the belongings when you carry. So if you are carrying any valuables it might give some people ideas. This bag almost feels like it is designed for a specific purpose. Turns out I wasn’t wrong. OYO carries a another product which is called the personal gym. You can easily carry that in this bag. I am wondering why it is sold separately. The bag should have been sold with the gym. But I am putting this bag to good use. It fits a yoga mat and some accessories perfectly.

I bought this bag on Amazon after obtaining the OYO device itself direct from the manufacturer. The bag is extremely versatile with plenty of zippered pockets for the OYO device, attachments AND the bands I love and bought separately. Am not a body builder, just an out of shape sexagenerian with some arthritis and previous joint injuries to work with/around. LOVE the OYO system of progressive resistance and wide variety of exercises to target all the major muscle groups without free weights.

The materials used all seem pretty sturdy, the fabrics are thick and look and feel tough and of good quality. The zippers all operate smoothly, though they are all generic unbranded models (where you might normally find YKK zippers on likely more expensive big brand bags). The mesh pockets are made of a thicker than usual mesh material than you might find on most bags, and I feel they'll last without getting torn which seems to happen to a lot of exterior mesh on my backpacks. The strap is a really nice material and extremely tough, it almost feels like a seatbelt strap. All of the strap hardware is metal, but the strap itself (and by extension handle on one end) is stitched directly to the bag and is not removable.Overall it gets a pass on general quality, but there are a number of issues with slopping stitching which does make me wonder about long term durability. The majority of the stitching is all simple single stitch construction, there are a number of areas on my bag with loose untrimmed threads especially on the interior, and I even found one loose thread that was a good 4 inches long that went between two completely different seams.The bag is more than large enough to accommodate just about any mat, sleeping pad, or even just a pile of clothes. There is a ton of utility built into the bag as it has tons of exterior zippered and non-zippered pockets to stash all sorts of extra stuff (phone, wallet, snacks, etc). I believe that this could effectively replace a backpack and could be carried solo without the need to have a secondary bag.
