I plugged it in my bedroom wall and downloaded an app to use it. The app is very easy to understand. I didn't struggle with using it at all. It was very simple as well. I tried the voice command and it worked perfectly. I want to try it in other rooms, but it tends to become loud when people talk and sing. I did not try it with Alexa or Google yet, but they tend to not understand me, so I'm just going to use this in a separate room instead.The round and small look is wonderful. It didn't take a lot of room, was very compact and cute. The power button seems to light up, but I'm not quite sure since the blue is lit up looking already. I love that when you turn on and off the lights or anything, you can hear a click to let you know it worked. Some people have been confused by it since they can't switch the lights back on when it is dark and the switch is already on. They'll need the app or... They can turn off the light switch, wait a few seconds for the click sound, switch it, and VOILA!!! The lights are back on. I had trouble with this for a while until I figured it out. It does take some getting used to if you've been using the switch normally for a long time. Then you depend on this wall plug... There isn't a lot you can do in the app, but that's fine to me. I like them simple and easy to understand.I have not used this long enough to have problems with it, but when and if I do, I'll update everyone. But for now..... I highly recommend buying this! Your life will be much easier. Thank you.

First and formost is the outstanding customer service provided by the company. I found these smart plugs to be easier to install than any of the others I have purchased from other companies. The footprint is very, very small and the connection to our home router (wifi) could not have been easier. When I had an "issue" with one of the switches dropping its connection, Zhipin went out of its way to resolve the issue -- which they did. I could not be more pleased with the product or the customer service. I endorse this product wholeheartedly.

I’m an Alexa smarthome device addict, and I’m on my way to connecting just about every device in my house to voice commands. That requires a ton of smartplugs. I have used ones from 4 or 5 different companies now. This one works just as advertised and was easy enough to set up. It now controls a set of lamps that isn’t easy to turn on from my sofa. Their small size doesn’t block extra plugs. Glad to get even more connected!

Must have the app for initial set up!! Great product!! Fairly easy to configure! Works with Google Home Mini’s!!

Always disconnects from WiFi. Really useless

I have been wanting to convert my home to a smart home for quite a bit. I decided to give these plugs a try for my living room lights. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy they were to set up. The app is easy to use and it’s pretty cool to be able to turn my lights on prior to entering the door. It’s especially nice on late nights so I’m not stumbling to turn a light on. Product works just as described and arrived in perfect condition.
