Works great, READ DIRECTIONS!
I received my stretch wrap dispenser in 2 days and have already wrapped 8 pallets with it. Works like a charm! Very happy with the dispenser and the quality of the unit. Just a note to others: Make sure to read the instructions! I first loaded the film on the dispenser so that it dispensed clockwise. That can tighten the knob assembly and create it to get to tight. After using it a bit I realized that I had it loaded wrong. I had not read the directions... live and learn! Once I realized that and turned the film over, it was smooth sailing!

Impressive
Very good quality product! I'm very impressed! Got it in 2 days with Amazon Prime and put it to use right away. I like the tension knob as it allows me to really stretch the film tightly and therefore uses less film to wrap a pallet. Was a bit worried when I backed over it with the forklift, but no damage! Built tough! I don't give reviews often, but felt this company warranted it. Plus, plus....Made in the USA!

Works great if you load it right, READ the directions!!!!!
I'm using it for 18" rolls, and it works great. When you first get it you have a 50/50 chance of loading it correctly, without reading the directions. So read the directions because that 50/50 is more like a 1% chance of getting it right. It is only 1 page so read it, instead of complaining about it. I'm making a wall adapter for mine since I'm wrapping odd shaped items, and It's easier to hold the item and pull the wrap onto it.

Works perfectly and it's well made
The quality on this thing is really good. The metal is sturdy and the handle is easy to grid, I immediately put this thing to the test after I received it and it got the job done. I'm happy with the purchase, definitely recommend it if your project requires a wrap dispenser.

OVER THE TOP QUALITY
This is by far the best one I have had in 28 years of business. I think I have gone thru maybe 4 of these dispensers in that time and the quality of this one if evident when you open the package. Excellent quality and attention to detail. Would buy again but I don't see this one going bad anytime soon.

High Quality Dispenser
Using for 18" stretch wrap. Easy enough to unscrew and add the spool. Gone through 2 spools now without issue. Good quality - metal build.

Solid American Made!
I just got my new palette wrapper and I must say I'm very impressed by the build quality. It only took 2 days to ship and I can tell it's built with quality materials. The grip is comfortable and it's very easy to adjust the knob for whatever size roll I need. It definitely gets the job done quicker and being made in America makes it even better! Would definitely recommend!
