Waste of money
I was so excited to finally have my own Cricut. Everything was fine and I got my stickers printed. But then when it came time to cut, the rollers wouldn’t move. I tried everything from using a different mat to restarting the machine. It’s broken. I should have never bought it because of the color. It sucks.

Went the open box route and was sent a broken machine!!! That should be considered fraud!!!

Won't install, customer service has a 2 hour wait time snd aren't in on the weekends.
Won't install and can't get help from company. Customer service is a joke!
