Firstly, according to the smok verification process, this mod is not a genuine smok product. (See picture for message I received on their app).When I tried to scratch the AB code panels, no panel actually scraped, it just tore a hole in the piece of card.As for the mod itself, the voice command just won't work for my voice but, bizarrely, when I watched a you tube video reviewing the mod, it actually responded to the guys voice on the video. I've tried speaking in numerous different volumes, tones but it just won't respond to me.The built in LED light also only works when you enter the settings in the menu. I went into settings and altered the colour which changed accordingly. I also set it to activate whenever the screen was on, but it just won't come on outside of the settings menu.Aside from this, the vape experience itself is really good.Unfortunately my score is no more than two stars due to it being a fake replica and certain components not working. Luckily, the LED and voice control functions don't really bother me. Buy with caution.

Good solid piece of kit. Voice control barely works but to be honest not really needed Very quick delivery was ordered Friday morning was not meant to be here till Thursday came Saturday. Gives a very smooth ad tasteful vape. Gave it 4 star due to the fact it took me a hour to get it to switch on.. bought a fish bowl for it as wanted a bigger capacity. Very big and bulky.

The delivery was great but the mod after using for a couple of months the tank just spins. After a google search this is a problem with the mod. It gets hot when vaping and after some time the glue holding the screw where you screw the tank in. Gets lose and just spins and you won't be able to un-do the tank without getting it into a vape shop to get it off. So in short very bad mod and Smok has had many problems over the years don't buy a smok setup. Also another problem is the tank. It leaks very badly. Another problem, passing around the internet. Just buy a different setup. Keep away from smok. Do research and you will see.

Hi there I bought a vapour kit and and it was fake till I went to a shop to ask how to use it. ? I was advices over the counter that the fire vapour is not working right as well as that it was also firing back when I tried using it and the box was not the right size off the kit that I have ordered over the amazon website I’m glad I will get a refund back back whe I have been in touch with PayPal and Amazone for not giving the right product for use thanks

Brought this product for my husband last week, constantly says that the OHM level is too low, brought different batteries and it's still saying it, brought a new coil and fitted (the glass tube broke in the process) still saying it. Takes ages to charger and then when it's fully charged its saying the same.After reading reviews further down people have said that this is a fake SMOK item. How can the company be selling as genuine SMOK?!

Nice little device, voice function is a cool little feature, when it decides to work, came with everything in description apart from the replacem glass, I would have give it a 5 star if it wasn't for the missing glass

the Device works and is actually quite good.The voice commands however do not work as the mic seems to be broken
