It isn't as good as regular pie crust but it is the best substitute I've found.

It's the closest to a real crust IMO.
I love this product. It's not grainy and it's flavorful. I think it's also easy to use. It can come off a little thick, so roll out throughly. Also, don't forget to roll with wax paper and Pam.

Great GF option
Definitely a reasonable sub for a normal wheat flour crust. Easy to work with a tastes great. I’d use it again for a gluten free option.

Better than non GF
I love this pie crust better than any non gluten free pie crust I have ever had. It’s especially great when made with coconut oil.
