I am in PT for a shoulder injury. I ordered this set of resistance bands because I needed a set that included an Extra Light band that was rated below 5 pounds for one of my exercises that is still too painful for greater resistance (the Extra Light in this set is rated 2-4 pounds). It is working perfectly for me. For some of the other exercises, I’m able to use the Heavy resistance band with increasing range and strength.The bands are of excellent quality. They are made of rubber (not latex). They aren’t sticky, so they are easy to manipulate, and I’m able to hang them together without them sticking to each other when not in use. The extra length on them is great. There’s plenty of length for whatever positioning I need, and to wrap around my hands, or to attach to the Theraband handles that I purchased separately. Each band is a different color, and each is printed in the middle in large letters what its resistance level is, so it’s easy to grab the appropriate band for each exercise. I was surprised to find a door anchor included in the package with the resistance bands. It is a strip of heavy webbing with a loop in one end (to thread the resistance band through), and a trapped marble in the other end (to keep the anchor webbing from sliding through the closed door). It’s a very simple, but effective door anchor. Having that door anchor included in the package immediately made it so I could quickly and easily increase the number of exercises I can do for my shoulder.Once I have finished rehabbing my shoulder, I will continue to use these resistance bands to help me with my general fitness. I think that these resistance bands will outlast me!

Awesome bands at an awesome price. I have some Gaiam bands, one of which is long, the other is too short to do anything with. I have a workout dvd from Gaiam that came with resistance bands. The bands are too short to actually do the workouts with. So glad I found these bands. They seem to be similar quality to the higher price gaiam bands I have. I guess time will tell.

I wish that I had realized when I bought this set of bands that the only ones I was going to use were going to be the heavy and extra heavy bands. I honestly can't even feel the other ones at all. Like the light band is completely useless, I gave it to my elderly mother, and I gave all the other bands to my child. I wish that they had been more clear in the descriptions of the bands about the tension that each weight of band provided.

Love these, I have a slipped rib and torn rotator cuff. Got these while I’m lockdown and trying to do physical therapy. Love the colors, variety in strengths, and thick quality.

I'm in physical therapy recovering from a spine injury that left nerve damage in my legs. I was determined to continue exercising all that I could beyond the 3 hours of training I was receiving daily. The Vive bands have worked out perfectly. I'm alternating with 3 of the 5 resistance levels provided and the extra width of the band design gives me substantial material to work with. I'm quite satisfied.

I really love these bands, I am currently in Physical therapy and they use these bands for my arm, and I absolutely love the way they work, and with all different levels and them being 7' it gives me a lot of room for motion

Well, I don't dislike anything at all as yet and I don't think I will. You get resistance's spanning from x-light to x-heavy and that is the one I use the most, the x-heavy. I have mobility issues and am currently bed bound the majority of the time and I am using these bands to get some exercise and try and to build up my leg muscles so I can get some of my past walking ability back again. I can do all sorts of stretches and small leg lifts while sitting and laying down on my bed and while sitting on edge of bed I take the x-heavy band and wrap each end around the handles of my wheelchair and push down with my legs. You get a nifty little exercise booklet with these bands too. I weigh over 500 lbs. so the pressure I put on these bands is great and they have held up no problem. I think I made a great purchase really. You will get a box of individually wrapped bands all labeled as to their strength and individually colored too so you can grab the one you want very easily by sight and the little exercise booklet which is very handy!

Okay, I admit, I’m a couch potato 🥔. However, I decided it was time to get toned and in better shape and condition. So, I wanted to start out with resistance bands. I love these because they are long, have a good variety of resistance, and I can do many exercises with them.I have read some have had issues after owning 6 months or so. Although I haven’t owned these that long, I do check each and every time I start to use them to make sure there are no rips, holes, or tears of any kind.Overall I do like them and have had no issues.
