The system seems to work even in shorter spans of eight or nine days. Unlike other cleansing systems, this one doesn't make you feel groggy. The 'rebuild' part of the system seems to work well and keeps the digestive system working properly. This system only works if you drink lots of water throughout the day, otherwise you will get a headache and may not notice any benefit. Good cleansing

I have used this cleanse for years. I swear by it, but PLEASE be aware of what a cleanse does. If you are not accustomed to them, do not take this right before work for instance. If used correctly and wisely though, this will help you be SO much more comfortable after a couple of days. Less gassy, less smelly in the bathroom, less bloated, etc. not to mention I’m always shocked by how a couple of days into it, I feel thinner and lighter, as if I can bend and move a little easier. I’ve done a few different cleanses, and for price and results, I choose this.

This worked well for me. Was gentle using the 3 pill gentle instructions. If i eat raisin bran 2 days in a row or too much in a bowl that makes urgent need for the restroom, you can say im a low fiber diet kinda guy. It helped with the sluggish and low energy feeling i had going on as the days got shorter and fall started. I followed this up with sodium bentonite clay for maintenance. Improved my poor sense of smell, reduced my nasal allergies a small but noticeable amount.

I believe in optimal health and that begins with a healthy gut. These pills definitely work as advertised. A lot of water is key for best effect. I'm 5'9" and used to weight over 200lbs. I've lost 50 lbs and these pills help keep the weight off by cleaning out your plumbing system. When I am not taking these pills, my weight creeps back up gradually. I use this product about twice a year and I love the results. I feel energized and my body is more efficient. The best part is it doesn't give me cramps or gas, just a nice easy go.

I am a bodybuilder and I chose to use this during a leaning out phase. I would suggest being careful about taking the maximum dose because it gave me crazy diarrhea. Once I scaled it back however, things continued like normal. I haven't noticed much difference other than weight loss, but I am also cutting my calories from 5,000 a day to 2500 or so, and being that i am in caloric debt every day I naturally will lose the weight with or without rebuild. I don't notice anything else happening, like mind clarity, more energy, ect.
