Yes! I love using them for dermaplaning. I haven't specifically noticed a difference on acne scars (but you can use it on them) but it works great when I'm broken out. It usually clears up within the next few days.

can these be used for plantars wart on foot?

I tried using a scalpel to slowly shave it away and it turned one wart in to several. Use fresh garlic, a thin slice, every night under duct tape and the wart will go away in a few weeks if you're diligent.
