Best Chili mix I had found
Love the flavor of the chipotle mix. Their normal chili mix is good, but this seems to have a deeper more mellow flavor. Well worth a try.

It makes consistently good chili
I have used Carol Shelby Chili mix with excellent results. My boss said this Six Gun chili mix was good stuff. He wasn't lying, it's good stuff. I don't follow the recipe exactly. I like my chili a little looser, so I add tomato juice. I also chop green pepper, onions, and add beans, and a bay leaf. I like to think I can cook, but I've never had two batches of chili come out the same until now. My wife prefers the Six Gun but I can go either way, honestly.

had this chili mix before. got the mis from a friend. was so good, decided to order more.

A good mix for a quick pot of chili
A good basic chili mix and the chipotle chili powder adds a nice smoky touch to the flavoring. I used chicken (both cut up thigh meat and ground chicken) and the flavor was still excellent. I used the full chili powder pack and needed to add a little cayenne but both my husband & I like it hot.
