How long is the cape?

Not sure but it works great for an 8 year old girl.

Online manual? Ours came without any instructions

I don’t understand what you’re looking for a manual for? The book in the kit gives all instructions for the magical tricks. The hat and wand and cape are self-explanatory

What is the measurements of the hat?

I don't know, but it was only a little large for a 7 year old.
