I love this product! Please watch the tutorial before using so you can get all the benefits. I had liposuction on my back and arms and I started using this 5 weeks post op. It really helped remove my scar tissue. I also detach the peanut and use that to massage my neck. Recently I have used this on my thighs after working out and I have no complaints.

it can relax my muscle after the excersice. But it’s not very comfortable . my lower leg was very strong , it’s hard for me to massage there. Very very pain...

I like how durable the product is. I used it to do myofacsial release on my legs, especially the hamstrings; lower back where muscles attach to pelvis; and hip joints. It didnt require much time at all to release the pressure in those areas. In some ways, using the product was better than getting a massage although the two methods would complement each other.

It does what it's supposed to, my only complaint would be that it could be more firm. I chose this one because you could take it apart and use separately.
