Wall Mounted Pot Filler Faucet (Classic, Matte Black)

This is a top quality faucet that should last a really long time. At least that's my first impression of it. Installation is really easy, too. Thumbs up!

I am a contractor and installed this in my home. It is very attractive and I am happy with the appearance but when you pivot the faucet out it is very very stiff. Like an o-ring needs to be lubed. However it looks like if I try to take it apart I will scratch it and maybe not get it back together properly.I wonder how long this will last before the o-ring gets pinched and starts leaking.I believe this is why so many people reviewing this product says "It leaks after a few month". So far I consider myself lucky.

I can’t believe I’ve only had this pot filler for a year and now it’s leaking. I called a plumber and he told me to “buy a better pot filler” “ this is cheap”…. Clearly

Feels sturdy, good quality, install was a little rough, but now it has a tiny drip every hour. Not enough to destroy a house but I have both parts off and it’s still dripping. Disappointing cause we’ve rarely used it so it’s not like wear and tear

I’m in love with the finish, function and overall look! It’s exactly what we needed to finish out our modern farmhouse look. The finish is dark brushed nickel, antique silver I’d say. Also having a pot filler in general is a game changer!

Despite getting the wrong color delivered, the product itself is great and fortunately the color worked out for our backsplash. I ordered the antique bronze to match the cast iron look but got sent the oil rubbed bronze instead. Very easy to install, and after more than a month of use no leaks have developed as the pivot joints have worn in. I would recommend the product to anyone looking for a low priced alternative pot filler.

I will not buy from this seller ever again. An almost $200 faucet and no replacement parts are available. The seller is only interested in selling the whole faucet. The pot filler I just had installed in March this year is now leaking, the front faucet will not close. I asked the seller if another valve was available but he is only interested in selling me another pot filler... Really? I would have thought you get at least 12 month's manufacturer warranty for this price.Do not buy from this guy or at least if you do make sure you purchase extended protection.

Original Review: It looks nice but the two bars do not stay parallel. Every time you go to use it water squats out of the joint and sprays the cabinets.Updated: After leaving the above review, the seller reached out to me. I was sent a new one the next day and it was perfect. The bars stay perfectly parallel and it doesn’t leak. The seller apologized for the defective one I received and sent me a box for a free return so they can see what went wrong. This kind of customer service does not exist anymore. It was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend this pot filler and seller.
