Comfortable and secure! Really holds you in post surgery and provides support in upper abdomen, waist, lower tummy and pulls in larger thighs to reduce swelling and heavy legs. Straps are easily adjustable in length and position. If you fall between 2 sizes, likely size up for best fit/comfort. I've tried a number of these (some incredibly more expensive and some less so) and I keep coming back to this one for best comfort and support. I didn't start using this until 3.5 weeks post op but I think if I'd started it sooner, I would've been more comfortable and recovered more quickly. I'm probably wearing it out at this point. Definitely a great stage 1 into stage 2 if you size down. I've never been good at using gussets in shapers to take care of business but this one works easily most of the time. Takes a bit to get into it, but once you do its really great!

Despite following the measurements exactly, this item does not fit at all. Buyer beware.

Very sturdy material. Great for compression but a bit uncomfortable if you have a short torso. I’m 5’4” with longer legs and short torso, it went higher than my bust line. Large might have been better but having a fuller back porch prevented me from sizing down.

Was nervous to order this knowing return shipping would be costly if it didn't fit but so glad I took the chance! This garment is awesome! Fits fantastic and very comfy to wear. I have several other compression garments similar to this one and this by far is my most favorite. Because of the zippers this is very easy to get on so no real struggle like the others and the crotch opening is large so you can easily get all your business done. I ordered size medium and I'm 5'2 133 lbs. 32/31/39 and fit is perfect. Silky smooth and nothing is irritating at all, forget I even have it on. Get it!

The fit is about right, it seems to run a little small, I needed a large, but ordered an XL and it fit just right. The clasps are the same color as the material making it difficult to see to close them, especially after a surgery. The garment is well made has helped keep compression on the areas that were needed.

It works

I've purchased multiple fajas since my abdominal surgery and unfortunately, this one is my least favorite. The straps are very scratchy and it seems to run small even when using the measurements. Overall, a very expensive item that I won't be able to wear/use because it just isn't comfortable.

This looks like it should be great but it is NOT. It made my first week of recovery terrible but I didn’t know it until I bought a garment from a different company. I even went back and tried it again to see if it was just the amount of recovery and it still made my skin hurt. It leaves bumps in the sides from where the zippers bunch up. You are going through enough at least be sure you find a good recovery garment.

I bought this as a post-operative compression garment, and there's an important distinction between something designed specifically for recovery and ordinary cosmetic shapewear. Following abdominal surgery, comfort and consistent compression were particularly important to me. The garment provides support across the abdominal area without feeling like it's simply trying to pull the waist in for appearance. Sizing is especially important with post-operative compression. I would strongly recommend using the manufacturer's measurements and following your surgeon's advice rather than automatically choosing the smallest size you think you can fit into. More compression isn't necessarily better during recovery. The garment feels purpose-designed and provides a reassuring level of support when moving around. Post-operative recovery is very individual, so this isn't a substitute for your surgeon's recommendations, but if LIPOELASTIC is suitable for your recovery plan, I found having a dedicated compression garment much more reassuring than trying to adapt ordinary shapewear.

This product is absolutely wonderful. Fits like I glove and does not hurt any area. The best part is that it gives you a beautiful waistline which makes you feel so sexy. The butt is more rounded and this bodysuit makes an entire change to tour body. It brings out the figure you always wanted. So ladies I have 3 in all colours and I feel and look fabulous. The best part is that you don't even have to remove it to go to the toilet. Just wear a oar of panties over the gusset. Adore mine and I have never got so many whistles as what I do now and I am in my late fifties. Gone on give it a try you will not be disappointed I certainly was not.
