Good soft brush. Very high quality and nicely packaged. Bought it for a 20 something son who is grooming challenged and can't seem to use a brush with a handle. He loves it and finally doesn't look like he just woke up and stuck his hair in a blender.

I have been using this brush for three weeks now. It works better than the nylon brush it replaced. All my adult life I have used a hair brush rather than a comb whenever I can. Since 1968 I have had a full beard and longish hair on top. My hair then was thick and curly. Now it is all still curly, but not nearly as thick. Back then I usually bought my brush from an Avon Lady. Some were good, some less so, always replaced them after about a year. About thirty years ago I was going on a camping trip with my family. In my hurry to get going after work, I forgot my 'shaving kit' that also had my hair and tooth brush. We stopped at a little variety store in Pennsylvania and got cheap replacements, along with other things we forgot. The hair brush was all nylon and cost $1.29. I thought I'll use it for a while and and replace it when needed, no big financial loss. It never showed any signs of wear or lost bristles. But my hair got thinner and the stiff nylon became rather scratchy, specially on my face. Finally as a Christmas present to me, I bought this one. Much more comfortable on my skin--the bristles are shorter, denser, softer. Frequent use has also made my curly hair look better. But it does lose bristles. many at first (I expected that) but it has not entirely stopped. This morning when I wiped up my bathroom floor, I picked up three bristles. That has been about average for the last week. But cleaning the brush? The bristles are 'natural' and will carry by osmosis soapy water into the wooden handle. Cleaning and drying the brush effectively is a special chore, or expect to replace the brush. Then again, nothing lasts forever, although plastic and nylon comes close. But they can be scratchy.

So many bristles come out. Looks nice and I think I took out a majority of the loose ones but wish they'd just stay in.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This brush is excellent. No problem so far and I brush 3 to 5 times a day. It does great with both dry and moist hair as well as my beard.

I feel that the bristles are between soft and medium. I have very short hair and the bristles feel good on my scalp. The curve is great because all of the bristles are in contact with my scalp at all times. Would buy again.

Brushes fail out a lot at.

I get treated every three months for pre cancer on my scalp. Using a comb isn’t comfortable, hence this purchase. Brush is very comfortable and performs well for me: thin hair and tender scalp.
