I have glanced through this book and I can't wait to get cooking. I have Wendy's other 2 cookbooks and I will be needing replacements for them from all the bends and food splatters on the pages, because we use them regularly. I know this book will follow in the footsteps of its predecessor. This book can't help but be a hit as well! Do yourself a favor and order all 3 of these cookbook!

Disclosure: I received this book for the purposes of reviewing, however all opinions are my own.I really love Wendy O'Neal's Around My Family Table recipe blog and was excited to check out Live Fire BBQ and Beyond.She brings the same great instruction to this cookbook, which would be a hit for anyone who loves to cook outdoors. (My husband read this book cover to cover.)I also thought that the instructional section in the beginning gave enough info without being redundant or boring.As for the recipes, the Carne Asada was amazing and I can't wait to try the Southwester Rotisserie Pork Loin recipe. :)

This cookbook is filled with delicious recipes I can't wait to try, like Carne Asada, Sweet Chili Halibut with Mango Salsa, and Black Bean Campfire Nachos. We love cooking over a campfire, so this book will be a staple in our outdoor kitchen. I love that Wendy also gives loads of tips in the beginning of the book, including tools and accessories you can use, how to build a fire, different types of live fire cooking, and safety when cooking outside. There are loads of recipes too, including breakfast ideas, appetizers, main dishes, sides, breads, and desserts.

I really do not know much about grilling and this book opened my eyes to a whole lot of new ideas and recipes! Great book!

I was so excited to get this new cookbook! We go camping all the time and are always looking for new recipes we can cook out over the fire pit. There's so many great options that I know we'll love. Great job Wendy, on another great cookbook! Our family loves it!

I have all 3 of Wendy's books! I love the design of the books, as well as the easy and tasty recipes. This is so fun for outdoor family time or gatherings.

I have bought 12 of these books. One is for myself and the rest are for gifts. The pictures are beautiful and done by the author. Her hints are great. And, the recipes easy to follow and delicious to eat. Love her three books! Theresa
