Dellorto SHA Rebuild Kit 14:12 14:14 15:15 16:16 Repair

This kit comes quite complete with the replacement oe screen, red washer and gaskets. Only the top gasket can be made so it is a do must get item.I've never used the stock jet or replacement jet as I have a full numerical set you can also get from this company and others. Jet set from 60-70. Good stuff for tuning

I bought this kit as it included the needle and a jet neither I can use. Not sure what carb the needle is for but not a 15:15. The jet is unmarked. What size is it? Your guess is as good as mine. Gaskets seem fine, and fit ok. It’s a 3 start kit.

just what i needed

Works great to save an old OEM dellorto carb. Just wish they came with the aluminum gas spigot piece the fuel line goes to and an aluminim carb top where the screw goes right into the top. The extension L pieces on the clone carbs stink and always press fitted.

Everything in this little kit was great and fit just fine. Only issue was the float needle was too short for my 14:12 Carb. Fortunately my existing float needle was still in good shape so I just re-used it, otherwise I'd be without a carburetor. Just an FYI for folks looking at this kit. it does say this in the description though, so my bad. which is why I'm gonna 5 star it.

Needle is half the size it’s useless

Ordered Dellort 14.12 rebuild kit and valve came too short. What should I do?

Rebuilt the 14.14 Dellorto SHA for a Carabella moped. Everything fits great. As other reviews have noted, the needle may not be the correct length. I reused my old one which was in good shape and worked fine. I now have a smooth idle.
