It is a wonder ayurvedic medicine used for 1000 of years.Triphla means containing three fruits namely amla (gooseberry), Bibhitaki (baheda), Haritaki (Harde)These 3 fruits are wonder medicine for many ailments such as headache, constipation, joints problem, sleep issues, digestion, skin, acne and many more.Buy a good reputed brand and you are sorted.To consume, consume 1 to 2 table spoon (~10gm) 1 hour before your last meal at night. You and mix with water and drink. It is not bigger in taste but does support effect on colon. For folks who don't like bitter taste, you can take with honey.Just go for it. Include in your lifestyle and see a big change in your health.Lastly, I prefer the powdered floor as compared to the tablet. To make in tablet form they use edible binders to bind the powder and I am interested in eating Triphla and not Triphla tablet that uses binder.Stay healthy.

Good to have, but the packaging and quality varied on my second purchase.Effects too changed a little and the smell as well. Probably there is no one perfect way of making it. Buying from one brand must ensure similarities.It's good for constipation. I just have it around when on long trips where the food could be problematic. No side effects till date
