It mixes better than I thought it would and doesn’t leave a gritty texture at the bottom of the glass, which is always my main annoyance with powders. The taste is very mild and easy enough to drink on its own, although it’s even less noticeable in juice. The tub is a decent size, the scoop is handy, and I like that it’s just L-glutamine without lots of added flavourings or sweeteners. No stomach upset or odd aftertaste so far either. It is on the pricier side compared with some basic alternatives, but the clean formula and easy mixing make it feel worth paying a bit more for.
