Better customer support would be better rating
So far, so good. Except, WHERE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE? I followed instructions and made contact because my remote is not included but no one has gotten back to me as yet.I ordered this to get the floors clean while I am away, because I have cats, and it works.I need to read up on the manual because I am not clear on setting up the automated/timed clean.The vacuum is not well synced with the home base because it takes a while to get home if it is across the house.Other than what I have listed above, I like it. It does what I purchased it to do.
