Recommended to me by the consultant at the menopause clinic, to work alongside Estradiol, to prep for my Mirena changeover next year.I have had very severe atrophy due to menopause and incontinence. It does have a burning / stinging sensation a little to start, but I've kept at it and this has now resolved.The burning / stinging is explained as micro abrasions in the skin due to atrophy which are unhealed (they can't heal as the skin is dry and cracks). With use of Hyalofemme, it gives the skin a chance to heal and as it does so the burn / sting sensation has gone. The skin finally heals and the atrophy begins to be resolved by the hyaluronic acid in the gel.Now feeling so much better, it's very easy to use and has already made a positive difference to my life. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Can’t live without this gel *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 11 May 2026* I was recommended this gel by my cancer nurse as I had gone very dry below after my treatment and meds also menopause played a part.
