Columbia Women's Newton Ridge Plus Waterproof Amped Hiking Boot

I'm really pleased with these boots. They are so comfortable straight out of the box.I have worn them on many a dog walk and can say they are definitely waterproof. We have walked through plenty of puddles and mud, my dog always finds the mud, and I've come home with dry feet. I've bought many a pair of waterproof boots where you come home with soaking wet feet just after walking through wet grass.They are easy to clean with a damp cloth, thankfully, so hopefully they will stay looking nice for longer.I think they are great quality, they are light weight but feel robust.I'm a size 7 and the 7 fit me perfectly. A bonus is that they don't make my feet look huge which some do.Overall I'm impressed with these boots and can recommend.

These boots were comfy straight out of the box and fit perfectly. I've used them for hikes in both summer and winter and they continue to be supportive in all terrain. They're nice and light weight while being waterproof and functional. I also like that there's a wide range of colours available. Personally I went for the tan with red laces. Was slightly worried this would show up the mud but it brushes straight off.

I was adamant I needed the Merrell MOAB and went to try them but found them to be stiff and drab.I bought these just because they were aesthetically pleasing and am so glad they turned out to be a great fit and comfy. They feel sturdy and surprisingly lightweight. They're also simply pretty 😍

I needed a new pair of walking boots and really don’t enjoy the process of them potentially rubbing my feet and bedding them in but these boots were amazing. So comfortable and the ankle support if great. Waterproof and warm. I wear them daily for walking the dogs across fields and dales. Love them.

Really good value attractive and comfortable boot but not waterproof or even water resistant so make sure you treat it before use!

I am so pleased with these boots!They are really lightweight and were comfortable on the first wear.They’ve been put to the test with a few long hikes- no blisters or discomfort.They’ve also been in heavy rain so I can confirm that they are completely waterproof with the water beading and rolling off.I had to go up half a size to make sure they were a comfortable fit.

Absolutely lovely boot, I have to re-order in a full size up as the 6 (my normal size) was pinching my toes so returned and ordered in a 7. The extra full size is perfect and I have a very narrow foot. The sizing is quite small so be aware. Otherwise, fab boot.

Für mich ein ganz toller Wanderschuh.Ich habe ihn bei einer 20km-Tour im Schnee das erste mal getragen. Beim klettern und Eis hatte ich einen sehr guten halt. Meine Füße sind dabei trocken und warm geblieben. Obwohl der Schuh sehr stabil ist, ist er sehr bequem zu tragen und nicht schwer am Fuß. Vor allem vom Fußbett her.Ich habe keine Blasen von der Wanderung bekommen. Lediglich eine Druckstelle an einem Knöchel, da dieser etwas ausgeprägter ist als der Andere. Das ist allerdings kein Hindernis, da der Schuh mittels der oberen Hakenschnürung super von der weite her einstellen lässt. Ebenso lassen sie sich leicht reinigen.Ich finde die Schuhe von der Größe sehr passgenau. Kann sie sehr weiterempfehlen.
