We've been taking probiotics for the last 16 years. This particular one for the past 6 years. I can really tell a difference myself. If you have stomach issues, this really seems to help. Also none of us have had a stomach bug for the last 16 years either. Could be coincidence but seems logical that probiotics help that. My only complaint is sometimes it out of stock for quite awhile.

I had SIBO once before and I felt that coming on. Bought these and mannnn the relief. The bloating was suffering with, these got me back to baseline within 3 days. However I did take these at night I made sure to eat unripe bananas with it to give the buggies a fighting chance to grow. I took these for 2 weeks. No more stomach pain, bloating, gerd or shortness of breath. I think what was worse was that taste of gas and feeling intoxicated. If you know you know. Either way these did the job.
