20" Foldable

We just completed a bathroom remodel, replacing a tub with a walk-in shower. This seat is a perfect addition. It offers sturdy and substantial construction and sleek design. In addition, it folds neatly against the back wall under an inset shelf. A side note to recognize this seller for their outstanding customer service. Due to damage in shipping, we had to request replacement of the original product. Once a photo was provided, the seller did not hesitate to send a replacement. The new seat arrived on a Sunday morning, less than 2 days after the issue was reported. They were great communicators as well, immediately working to assure my full satisfaction. We truly appreciate their responsiveness and look forward to doing business with them again.

This is awesome little shower seat. Stylish, easy to use and my wife can shave her legs by sitting or putting her foot up on it. Really great quality, beautiful, efficient use of space and smart design is the anchoring points are exactly 16” apart and for those of you not in construction that is the standard spacing of wood studs. Very important you mount this to studs as the NEGATIVE part of this seat is the drywall anchors are a waste of time, poor quality and would not support a wash clothe. How do you find studs behind tile? You do not, find them above where tile stops and transfer down, but find those studs. It’s a great unit.

We bought this for a tub/shower after my husband was injured in an accident. It's beautiful, and after two and a half years of use, the finish is just as good as when it arrived. However, it was hard to install. We are both fairly "handy," but we had to have someone else do it. You forget, when you're buying something like this, that you're going to have to mount it on tile or a tub/shower surround. Turned out to be quite the expensive little project, but it was worth it. It looks good, it's very sturdy, and it does exactly what we wanted it to do.

I had a contractor build me a handicap shower and I used this Teak folding bench to sit on. This 20" Teak Bench is a wonderful product. Drilling through the tile was the tough part to installing the bench. The bench is good design and very easy to install. Included with the bench comes all kinds of screws and mollies. Everything is well made except the cheap plastic round covers. That is why I did not give 5 stars. The ability to fold the bench up is a nice a plus and it looks great. My bench came packaged well and was shipped very fast.. Recommend that you find your studs before attaching teak bench to shower wall. In my case the contractor framed the shower and blocked where the bench was to be installed.. I am very happy with this Teak bench. Excellent product.. I highly recommend it all. Do NOT buy this shower seat! It will start out very nice, but end very bad!! The plastic chrome covers will be compromised by water and mold will begin growing and accumulating on the inside of the covers. It will get so bad that it will actually push the plastic covers away from the tile and will also split. The metal pins that the seat rotates on will become fused to the mounting bracket making the pins unremovable. If you don't have the right tools (Dremel Tool, Oscillating Cutter)and the right skills, you will never be able to remove this seat without hiring a professional, at likely a high cost.

This was exactly what I was looking for but didn't know it until I saw it. I had it installed in my master bathroom two years ago and it still looks brand new. After 3 foot surgeries, I knew I wanted a permanent bench in my shower. So when I moved to a new home and the master had a shower stall that was larger than a single, but not oversized, and needed a renovation, it was time. However, a full permanent bench would take up too much room and a corner bench wouldn't do the job (if you're unable to stand to shower). When I came across this, I was thrilled. However, my contractor was skeptical. I ordered it anyway. He had no problem installing it. Actually he was quite impressed; not just with my selection, but with the ease of installation. I'm extremely happy with it. It's there WHEN you need it. Friends and family who've seen the bathroom make-over have all commented on the shower bench and asked where I found it. No one has ever seen anything like it.

I was somewhat dubious about using a product without a larger support bracket, but this one had a 400lb weight rating. I did not want to mess up the clean look of the Corian (think $$$) any more than necessary, so I decided to order this and at least give it a look over. I should mention at this point that I am a contractor with 25 yrs in business. When I received the seat, I was impressed by its construction. The only thing that concerned me was the plastic covers over the hinge mechanism, they seemed just a little too flexible. I went ahead and mounted it with the screws that came with it (we had lots of very solid blocking inside the wall) and it was really sturdy! When the covers were in place they seemed just fine too. This has been installed for over 6 months now and my customer is still very happy with the seat. I should mention since I do not have a photo of it, the seat folds up very nicely against the wall. Perfect match to the one we took out of our 2015 Tiffin Allegro Bus!! We purchased our RV preowned. The shower seat covers had separated from the wall and hardware was quite rusted. I’m happy that the brackets were EXACTLY the same and I was able to reinstall my new one. From looking at the brackets posted on the other seats I almost bought on Amazon, these are definitely more robust. Vendor should post pics of bracket for the buyer, I wish I had gotten a picture before I mounted it. Definitely recommend!!
