what kinds of nuts are in the mix?

Mostly hard almonds and filberts. Hardly any pecans and pistachios. I initially thought there would be Brazil nuts like most mixes have but there were none ....in my opinion' not the best mix of nuts....

This container is made of aluminum and a covered paper product. But I did wash my empty can out and repurpose it. I submerged it in dishwater and used a dish cloth but I didn't let to soak as that would compromise the stability of the can.
