Advantage II Large Cat Vet-Recommended Flea Treatment & Prevention | Cats Over 9 lbs. | 4-Month Supply

I use Advantage II Large Cat (for cats over 9 lbs) on my big boy and it’s been excellent. Within about 12 hours of applying it I started seeing dead fleas, and after a full application the problem was under control. It kills adults, larvae, and eggs, so it actually breaks the cycle instead of just treating what’s visible. Application is easy just part the fur at the base of the neck and apply. No strong smell, and once it’s dry it’s waterproof. He’s over 9 lbs so this size is perfect for him, and I’ve had no irritation or issues. Reliable, vet-recommended, and effective. Highly recommend for large cats if you’re dealing with fleas or want solid monthly prevention!

I have two indoor cats that had never had fleas before. After a trip, we noticed they were scratching a lot. I wasn’t sure the first product had completely solved the problem, so I tried Advantage II. I applied it to both cats on the same day. The next day, I found several fleas around the house, especially near their favorite sleeping area. The fleas were large, but they were lying on their sides and barely moving, which showed the product was working. My cats were much more comfortable after the treatment, and the number of fleas quickly started to decrease. I’ll continue vacuuming to help break the flea cycle, but I’m very happy with the results so far. It was easy to apply and seemed to work quickly. I recommend it to anyone dealing with a similar situation, especially since sometimes you don’t see fleas on your pets — you only notice the scratching.

Worked well. I have a long haired and short haired cat and had no problems with apply on either of them. I noticed dead fleas by the morning and any scratching and stopped. Great product and highly recommend.

My cat recently had a flea infestation. His normal collar was not working, and this product came highly recommended from my sister who has five cats as well. It was very effective in combating his fleas. They were gone within a week. It seems to last as long as it says it does. My sister typically retreats after three weeks for her babies. I am currently on second dose and we have yet to have any fleas. Overall, I am very pleased with this product. It does not leave a scent that I noticed my cat did not have skin irritation or hair loss.

I was very skeptical this would work but I needed to try something that promised to treat large cats. I have very large cat that weighs in at 18 lbs of muscle, teeth, and claws, that gives you only 1 chance to treat her. After 24 hours nothing but dead fleas were left. 3 weeks later still no fleas or eggs. Thank you Advantage for produ ing a product that works!

My cats have benefited from Advantage II over the years. I remember Advantage used to be precription only; I'm not sure if this is a milder OTC version. We don't always have the luxury of prescription flea treatments. I usually give my cats a bath first and wait until they are dry and then put this on the back of their neck. This version of Advantage is affordable enough for me. In the Summer, I really need to give them Bath+Advantage once a month where I live. Grooming and trimming a long hair first, then Bath, then Advantage worked best for my long hair big boy cat.

Unfortunately this year fleas are horrible. Not saying this product did not work, but didn’t work long term for us. It was easy to apply. Don’t take my word for it because I’m in Oklahoma and our winter was not cold enough to eliminate the fleas
