My cats love this scratching post!
I needed something to stop my cats from digging into the corners of the couch, so I bought them this scratching post. They already have multiple scratching posts on their cat tower, but refuse to use them, so it was time to buy a standalone one.My first reason for deciding on this exact product was that it was relatively cheaper than other options, as some of these other ones listed on here are kinda outrageous— not gonna lie. Either way, I’m happy I bought this.It has been a couple months since purchasing and it has lasted a good while before the cats finally got through the rope, slowly shredding it off bit by bit. It perfectly matched their grey cat tower and the overall neutral aesthetic of one of the rooms in my household. It’s height is true to the product description, it allowed my cats to get a bit of a stretch in while also shredding their claws.Overall, I don’t regret buying this product as it was cheap, saved my furniture from being completely destroyed, and made my cats happier.

Exceptional item
Our cats love this one! Their go to post and even with daily wear and tear it holds up way better than the coiled rope posts. It’s large enough for our adult cat and our 1 yr loves it too. Their kitten will perch on it but its a little small for our fat cat.Easy to put together and very durable

Nice, tall and sturdy scratching post
Good price and tall enough for my cat to really reach up and stretch. It is sturdy and has held up over time. I would buy again.

It’s made well and strong ..
A good product I think- however, my cat will not use it . I don’t think he likes the stand it sits on . It was a little tricky to get together but I think it it’s a good product-it is tall and I think a kitten would love it for climbing- My cat is ten years oldso he’s finicky-I’m hopingfor him to eventually accept it-but cats are cats & if you have one you know they do only do what they like-still it is a good product-It is heavy and won’t fall over -

5 cat tested Tall Square cat scratcher
This review is for the larger, square post.(Carpet, Large, 15.75" L x 15.7" W x 35.43" H)We have 5, full grown, active cats. They are very rough on a scratching post. The smaller round post lasted about three weeks which is pretty good for five cats. Then the post starting to shred making a mess. Should still be a good post for one or two cats. This time we ordered the bigger, square cat post. A bit pricey but so far so good. Well built. Covered with a tough covering that is good for cat scratching. It has held up very well after two months showing no real signs of heavy wear.A big advantage to this tall post is the large square top perfect for cats to jump up too, then sit on as kind of a king of the hill. All five cats really enjoy sitting on the top platform.. An older cat might need something to use as a step up. Younger cats can make it with one jump from the floor.

Solid cat scratching post
Great value. I appreciated the height of the pole... My cat was really able to stretch on it and has continued it use it. Good quality, well worth the purchase.

5 min assembly, easy and sturdy!
The media could not be loaded. This is perfect size for my cat, he is a 2 year old male but always been a bit on the smaller side. He can tug on this and it won’t tip over. This also took less than 5 minutes to assemble. It didn’t take long for him to figure out the bristle feature either. I thought it might take awhile because he has never had one of those only regular scratchers, but we found him rubbing on it later that day. So yeah a normal one of these scratchers is around $20 at the store sometimes more than that and they typically are just the scratch post, this one is good value because it has two features for your kitty to enjoy. I suggest getting this and getting another cardboard plank scratcher for one single cat, if I only had this scratch post for him he would probably tear through it pretty fast but give your kitty at least one other scratch plank and this will make this scratch post last way longer. Also, I trim my cats nails as needed. My cat runs to his post whenever my boyfriend gets home and gets ready to feed him. Cats need to scratch for exercising muscles, letting out energy/excitement and I actually just read it’s a way for them to mark territory. My cat doesn’t really scratch on our furniture, never has. He has always had 2-3 items of his own he can scratch on.

My Cat’s New Favorite Thing – A Total Win!
I recently bought a tall cat scratching post for my furry little tornado, and let me just say—it’s been a game-changer for both of us.First off, the height is perfect. My cat loves to stretch out fully while scratching, and this tall post lets her do just that. She immediately claimed it as her own, and I haven’t caught her scratching the couch or curtains since. Honestly, I think she prefers this post now, which is a huge relief for my furniture! The build quality is excellent—super sturdy and doesn’t wobble at all, even when she launches herself at it like a gymnast. The base is wide and solid, and the sisal wrapping has held up impressively well through lots of daily clawing and climbing. One unexpected bonus: she uses it like a jungle gym. She climbs, scratches, and even perches on top like it’s her personal lookout tower. It’s adorable and has totally helped burn off her extra energy. The neutral color also fits nicely with my decor—it’s not one of those cat things you have to hide in a corner. It actually looks kind of cool in the living room.Bottom line: this tall cat scratching post was worth every penny. It’s durable, functional, and my cat is obsessed with it. Highly recommend if you’ve got a cat that loves to climb, scratch, or just be the queen of high places!
