I really like this blade/tool
I own a lot of cold steel products, a few SOG products, and a couple Gerber products. And This is made as well as all of them, and it is razor sharp out of the box. I have no issues with the sheath. The paracord wrapping is ok. I can sink this into a tree 8 out of 10 times from 20 ft. away sober lol. And it is a good chopper for light yard work. You might be able to find it cheaper else where but if you pay between 10-20 bux with shipping it's a win-win.

More a knife than an axe.

it is perfect. Not too light for chopping and not so ...
Once re-wrapped and sharpened, it is perfect. Not too light for chopping and not so heavy i cant use it for skinning. it is a better skinner now that i wrapped it up into the teeth and through the eye hole on the back so i could get a grip on the blade.

Interesting design but a bit light
This is an interesting design because it is supposed to be axe and knife. Looks like it would work but is a bit too light for an axe. Even a bowie would be heavier for hiking and camping duties. It does throw pretty well and the balance isn't bad. But if it was 50% heavier it would be much more useful.

This is a very small throwing axe... ...
This is a very small throwing axe... really, it's much more of a funny-shaped throwing knife than an "axe". It's light, thin, and about as sharp as a butterknife. It does match the description as for size (11.5") but you just don't realize how small that is until you're holding one.Heck, see for yourself in the photo.

Very Pleased
This was exactly what I expected and delivered on time. For its size it will make a nice addition to my survival backpack. I curious to use it , sharpen it and see how it holds an edge!!!!

Great axe! The paracord wore off after several uses.
