What are the measurements of this piece?

It is 20” wide and sold by the yard. You would know this if you would read the description.

May I ask if my tablecloth is 94 in x 52.5 in, will there be 1 large piece of pellon vinyl fuse available to cover that?

no but you can match seams. This is only 20" wide. My estimate would be 8 yds to cover fabric

Does this ‘fuse’ or melt to other fabrics. for example could i make a custom “pul” fabric out of this?

Yess you can turn the cushion inside out after fusing. If there are wrinkles put the paper back on and gently iron again..
