First of all, the instruction booklet was difficult to fathom, but once you got the basics, the rest followed pretty smoothly. However, my android phone (Motorola) is useless for the apps, and I was unable to access the weather info.I have now uninstalled the apps, and just use the watch to monitor my vital signs (currently recovering from heart surgery). The apps either didn't synchronise at all, or did so sporadically, but I can manage quite well without them. Others may not agree.The watch is attractive to look at, and functional.

I really liked the watch. It looked good and was pretty easy to set up. The notifications for SMS and also WhatsApp worked well (iPhone 8). Sadly, the watch had a fault whereby I couldn’t recharge it, so I had to return it.

This product was bought for my mother-in-law. After downloading the app on the Google Play Store (which is rated 2.4 stars) and connecting the device, it became clear how bad the device operates. After playing around with settings for half an hour I could not get the watch to receive any type of notification. Looking on the watch it would display 0 Messages while on the phone there may have been 5 or 6. Looking at the reviews on the Play Store, most users complain about how there is no support for the app and how all their complaints and issues fall on deaf ears to any kind of fix or update to the app itself. As this is one of the main reason the mother-in-law wanted this device we have decided to return it.The user interface ifeels pretty clunky, it doesn't really have a touch screen, more of a single button in the screen to control the menu.The watch itself looks okay for under £50, though has that cheap light feeling you get from these kinds of products. I wouldn't expect the device to last too long before falling apart. I also would not trust any kind of water proofing claimed either.We have gone back to looking for a different watch, maybe spend a little more money for a more well known brand in order to ensure some kind of quality and functionality.

The watch is such a great watch. It does everything you’d want it to do and is so cheap. Absolutely amazing, would recommend to anyone looking for a smart watch.

App is no longer available. Has to be side-loaded which doesn't instil confidence.Screen itself is tine compared to the size of the watch face.Feels very cheap and display is poor.Has 3 icons on main screen but they don't do anything but take up space.It looses bluetooth connection after a day or so and needs to be resynced.

Really lovely watch wich is nice to look at and was easy to set up. Clear face showing time, steps,calories heart rate,blood pressure and sleep pattern. Very pleased with this item

My daughter loved this watch. She wore it a lot but looked after it. Unfortunately it stopped working within 6 months. I contacted the dispatcher who told me to contact Amazon. I can't get hold of Amazon to ask for a replacement. Very disappointed.
