Great Color Selection ... and inexpensive
I am a leather craftsman and teach stitching classes. I have use Ritza 25 Tiger thread exclusively for the type of leather work I do. The only major drawback to the Tiger thread is the color selection ... okay but not great. The color selection is even more limited with all but the 1mm threads. I saw this listing and through I'd give this thread a go since it wasn't expensive and have been looking for a medium grey thread for some time now. My only criteria was that it had to be 1mm, braided, waxed and a synthetic material that will not rot. After comparing it to the Tiger thread I can state that it is not the quality of the Tiger thread but its not bad either. The key things I noticed is that the braid is much more course and loose than the Tiger thread. The Tiger braid is very tight and fine whereas you can actually see the braid in this thread and its so loose it doesn't have body like the Tiger. Once the thread is pulled tight in the stitching process, its barely noticeable. Honestly, I don't think anyone could tell the difference that doesn't have a leather craft persons eye. It was a little harder to thread the needle since the thread is so loose but more wax on the ends fixed that.I'll still use the Tiger thread when I need the colors they offer. However, I'm going to pick up a few more colors (Not offered by Ritza) of this thread for those projects that demand it. They do indeed have a much better color selection and its inexpensive compared to the Tiger thread.

I thought it would be a deeper yellow like the picture
Good thread but pale color Overall though it’s a great bang for your buck just don’t quite trust the colors on the photo

Good value
Really went far. Used for a class on book binding and 1 roll covered nearly all of our books—approx. 60 books!

Hand Sew Only!
I mistakenly ordered it for my machine. You can't use wax thread in any machine, which I knew. However it arrived and looked very nice and amazon accepted the return without hassle. I just wanted to write a review to let others know. Usually I am careful with what I order so I'm not sure how I mistakenly ordered this but I think it would look great. Just remember its for hand sewn items only!

solo una cosa a tener em cuenta y es queuna vez que comienzas a trabajar en el se torna azul mas claro como se puede ver en la imagen pero aun asi lucen hermosos los brazaletesjust one thing to keep in mind and that isonce you start working on it, it becomes lighter blue as you can see in the image but still the bracelets look beautiful

Good product
It's just what I need for a kids craft project, a little waxier than I expected but that won't make a difference. My hope is that it is long-lasting for this toy project.

Great for sewing nylon cargo straps
I'm using this to make extra long cargo straps for work. I cut the original strap from the ratchet and put this on and used this heavy thread to sew it with a thick needle. Not the prettiest job I've ever done, but it works. If you plan on doing something similar, here's a tip. Staple the pieces together before you start sewing. Makes it MUCH easier to sew when you don't have to hold the pieces of nylon strapping together while you're doing it. Then remove the staples once you're done.
