Mostly great
100% good deal. Holds lots of charge. One problem, if you have earbuds plugged in the case screws with them and constantly pauses and unpauses and makes it so you can’t change volume. Minor flaw.

I now have 100% battery ALL DAY for my iPhone XS Max
Great case and I have 100% charge ALL DAY on my iPhone XS Max (and I always have battery left on my case). Edit: I can’t charge the phone and the case at the same time, I have to charge both separately. If anyone know if it’s possible to charge both at once please let me know. Edit: I can now charge both but the connection port for charging is going out after about 6 months. Still not a bad bargain for the price but I wish the warranty was longer.

Works but no aux, and super slippery 3/5
I love the product as it actually works but the smooth back is super slippery and since the phones big as is. Pretty bummed it doesn’t let me listen to music in my car because the aux doesn’t work, so if you don’t mind never hearing music in your car unless you have Bluetooth then go for it. The case stops working when my phone reaches 79% battery, I thought it was my phone but the case doesn’t charge the whole battery.

Not charging
It’s to thick and once I installed my iPhone in the case it didn’t want to charge even when it promptly says to hold the button on the back for three seconds sometimes it just doesn’t want to charge so now it just doesn’t want to charge at all

Charging case is perfect, charges fast and is as advertised
Charging case fits perfect in hand, charging function lights bright, very long lasting charge for long battery life, Highly recommend this case over others.
