Nicely balanced
I just finished using this to install tongue-and-groove wainscotting on our porch. I was a pleasure. The Metabo brad nailer fits nicely in my grip, and operated smoothly, with not a single jam. It drove 1-1/4 inch brads with no problem. The safety features were easy to use and effective. Loading brads is unusually easy and problem-free, with guides grooves for the points and the heads to help with orientation and ensure correct positioning. On one load I positioned the brads incorrectly, and the chamber would not close until I corrected the placement. That helps reduce the chance of jamming. The quality is excellent, and the value solid. I really like this tool.

Works great!
This is a quality brad nailer that was available at a good price. The nailer was set up perfectly right out the box. Drove brads flat into different types of wood I used for testing. Definitely a good addition to my set of pneumatic tools. Metabo tools are a quality brand available at my home improvement store at a much higher price.

Great Brad nailer!
I already have a hitachi(metabo HPT) framing nailer and palm nailer. I just figured I would go with the brand I already trust. I mainly used this for an accent wall/home theater project. I have a cordless brad nailer, which I like for the convenience of being cordless(hoseless), but after a while the weight and size started to become an issue, especially in corners. This nailer is really lightweight! I was able maneuver it with ease and I was able to shoot it upside down and pull the trigger with my pinky, for those tight spots! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I shot a couple hundred nails, and no jams or misfires either. I can’t say that with my battery nailer…it dry fired numerous times, Im just finding out after double checking my work.

Great tool at any price
Really nice Brad Nailer. Tiny hole for touch up, much smaller than my previous

decent gun
i am a trim carpenter and love the old professional A2 and a3 series nailers that they discontinued 15 years ago. this is not the pro series but it was on sale for 50 bucks and Hitachi/metabo htp is a good brand I've used them and dads shot millions of nails through the old 16 ga guns. The a series ,roofing guns, and staplers are like industry standard along with paslode framing gun(paslodes new pneumatic 16ga guns are garbage I've seen 5 break in the first month).I normally shoot porter cable 18 ga(their 18 ga and framing guns are good the rest are crap)and have repetitively gotten somewhere around 500,000 nails or more out of them, they are fairly cheap, and you can usually find them at any pawn shop cheap.I use 2 porter cable daily and needed a spare incase one breaks on site so I tried this. The gun shoots good and sinks nails fine. however Hitachi(metabo htp)have changed their triggers from the old ones and now they all have a long pull of the trigger then a hard shot which is good for the average user. I like how the old 90s and early 2000s models have a short pull of the trigger that you can pretty much just wiggle your finger and shoot multiple nails in a second or less which is great for installing door jambs or building window jambs where you are shooting 4 or more nails in a row very quickly. This gun doesn't do this as fast or smooth and the porter cable. porter cable is the next fastest smoothest gun I've found for an 18 ga, therefore I will just buy me another porter cable gun when i need another. these guns are NOT bad and are a good brand but for my professional hard fast use it is not my favorite gun but it is still getting used daily and has had thousands of nails ran through it with no issues other than the cosmetic plastic piece came off

For when you want to do the job once...
Love it! Handles a wide variety of brad lengths, so I need to carry only one gun now and not two. Super performance and light weight.

Well built with smooth operation.
This is a sturdily made unit, heavy in the hand, which is a good thing. It has good power at fairly low air pressure and has other excellent features. The nailing depth gauge works well as does the loading mechanism. I also like the switch that shifts between single fire and automatic with a bump. I'm driving 2" 18 gauge brads with no difficulty.

Great build quality.
Great nailer. Used it to build a fence and it looked great. I also use to to build sound panels.

Bought this do do a big base board and window/door trim job in my house. Great product, love that it can do a variety of size nails as you may need to switch it up from time to time. See some ppl complained that the plastic housing where the nails go breaks. Honestly treat your tools properly and it wont break. If you are using if for construction I'd say this is more of DIY Nail Gun for homeowners or small projects. If you're in construction spend the extra for construction grade nail gun. Otherwise this is amazing and works great with my air compressor of the same make.

As stated. worked for a while, jammed a lot, broke quickly. Front piece of plastic on the cartridge shattered somehow during operation.

The arrival of the item was too early, but air fitting and hex wrench shown in the photos were not included.
