Made of strong and lightweight aluminum, the stick has protection on the top and bottom of the stick, which makes it adaptable to both rough and smooth terrains. On the top of the stick, a vertical and horizontal grip handle with foam support and wrist strap reduces the stress on wrists from a long day of hiking. My weight is 70kg. It is comfortable by all means. I travelled around 24 days continuously using this stick( rainy mountains and snowy lands ) Although i lost it at end of the journey. But overall it worth the price. Only one improvement could be done w.r.t. light torch should have a button system ( ring system is not so usefull) Review: Light doesn't work properly n totally unnecessary - I used it in kuari pass trek. It's shock absorbing spring worked through out the trek but got damaged in the end. It's LED light worked for sometime but that too got wrong quickly. I would suggest to go for simple poles without light. And it has to be turned loose to off. But I am affraid it is too loose while off and can fall off. Each stick has a magnetic compass. Actually all the dials of compass had come out during transit. I have assembled it back. I bought three sticks. One of the stick does not have compass dial. They also have sent rechargeable cycle light. Though they have not mentioned it as any free additional item.
