This is a GREAT little train set. Kansas City Southern's trains are bright and colorful and Lionel has captured thecolors in fine fashion. The train perfectly and the sound system sounds fabulous. This is a great addition to your train collection.

Great train set. Did have an issue with the sound not working after the first month. Sent back to Lionel for repair.

Fantastic train set.
I purchased this set a couple months ago & will honestly say this is one of the nicest sets I own. The locomotive on this set works great. If you like your loco's loud then this is the one for you. The horn, bell, & the train sounds are very very loud on this set. it. The crew talk also is nice & clear & does not have that crackly sound like some of the other Lionel locos that I own.
