The Wood Glue Everyone Should Have in Their Workshop
After using Titebond Original Wood Glue on several woodworking projects, it's easy to understand why it has such a strong reputation. It consistently delivers strong, reliable bonds while being incredibly easy to work with. Whether I'm building furniture, making shop projects, or handling small household repairs, this has become my go-to wood glue. One of the things I appreciate most is how easy it is to apply. The glue spreads smoothly, provides good initial tack to help hold pieces in place during assembly, and gives enough working time to properly align parts before clamping. Once it cures, the bond is exceptionally strong and has held up well on every project I've used it for. Cleanup is another big advantage. Any excess glue wipes away easily with a damp cloth before it dries, making sanding and finishing much easier later on. Once cured, it sands cleanly and accepts stain and paint well without creating noticeable glue spots when excess is cleaned up properly. I also like its versatility. It's equally effective for hardwoods, softwoods, edge gluing, joinery, trim work, crafts, cabinet projects, and general household repairs. Having one dependable glue that performs well across so many different applications means I rarely need to reach for anything else. The quality has been consistently excellent. The glue has a smooth consistency, spreads evenly, and produces dependable results every time. I've never had issues with weak joints or inconsistent performance, which gives me confidence when working on projects that need to last. Overall, Titebond Original Wood Glue is one of those products that simply works. It's dependable, easy to use, versatile, and produces strong, durable bonds that stand the test of time. Whether you're an experienced woodworker or just getting started with DIY projects, this is an excellent wood glue that I would highly recommend keeping in your workshop.

The Only Glue My Shop Needs
What more can you say? Titebond is the gold standard, and Titebond III is the only glue I reach for anymore. I use it for everything in my woodworking shop, from CNC projects to hand-built pieces, and it has never let me down. The waterproof formula gives me peace of mind whether a project stays indoors or ends up outside. The gallon size is the way to go if you do any amount of woodworking, because you will burn through the smaller bottles faster than you think. Strong bond, easy cleanup, and it just works every single time.

...try it yourself and see who is stronger.
Ultimate is right! I am a Carpenter by trade (27+ yrs) and let it be known I personally believe this Titebond III hands down surpasses many big name wood glues and so called adhesives by leaps and bounds! After ripping down 1-1/2" Ipe, (pronounced E Pay) wiping the flat edges running with the grain I applied the T.Bond III Ultimate to the entire edge clamped them together wiped off the excess with a damp rag and let er' eat for 48 hours. Now this is just the T. Bond III No fasteners of any kind just a glued butt joint, I could not break the glue joint! I'm not a small weak man I bench 400 and have a very strong grip. The over the Knee trick... =Big ugly bruise on the lower thigh and my ego. In Pain we head to the vise, crank down, hammer and WACK!!!! Break the glue joint you ask? Hell no the grain of the wood split! Depending on your reference Ipe is the 8th hardest wood in the world and Titebond III Ultimate wood glue is stronger than its own wood grain! You do the math, try it yourself and see who is stronger.

Great bonding strength….
I do a LOT of segmented bowl/vase turning. This is the glue to use. It creates great bonds, dries relatively clear and allows more open time. Also, the product , when dry, delivers good protection from moisture. It may be a few dollars per gallon higher in price, but well worth the difference.

Superior hold, waterproof and working time. I have found it is the best glue I have used when making outdoor planters, even compatible with teak.
