AOTUNO Double-Sided Hanging Gift Wrap Organizer Storage Bag,Wrapping Paper Storage Holder(Black, 17"*40")

PRO: It just arrived, so I took everything out of my desk drawer and put it in the Gift Wrap Hanger. It fits! The base material that the pockets are sewn to is super strong. The side paper holder pockets fit four to five long rolls of paper in each pocket on each side. My paper rolls were partially used, so not as fat as new rolls would be. The front bottom pocket held ten spools of paper ribbon, the next pocket up, holds bows, the third up is empty, and the top small pocket holds tags. On the back are two large clear pockets. The back is different from the front. The back is not the same as the front. The two large pockets on the back hold gift bags on the bottom, and two large bags of multi-colored Christmas bows from Target on the top. I also managed to squeeze a large roll of brown mailing paper into the front, since some of my paper was almost gone, so I just took out the center cardboard tube to squish them a little bit. CON: When I picked up the holder to hang it, all the front rolls fell forward at a bad angle, and then PRO: I discovered the velcro tabs in the front to hold the paper rolls tight to the body of the bag. It would be nice to have another set of velcro holder straps higher up. PRO: I hung the bag in the closet with no problem. CON: The hook swivels nicely, but the hanger body itself seems ok, but very thin wire. I think it will bend from the weight of the bag over time. It should be stronger and thicker than it is. We will see. I wouldn't tug on it tho! Hint! Save the cardboard tubes from Paper Towels and Toilet paper. Slit them vertically up the side and clasp them around the wrapping paper rolls to hold the paper more tightly to the roll. It works great! Now I have an empty desk drawer! Voila!! Mission Accomplished! Just hope that hanger won't bend. I really think it will. Then what to do? How to save the whole thing? Could I slip a stronger wooden hanger in there possibly? It would be nice to have that option because if the hanger does bend then the whole bag will be lost. I will find a way to remove the wire hanger if it does bend and try to replace it with a stronger thicker one, or a wooden hanger. This is a wonderful storage bag, but all depends on the stability of the hanger. I will let you know what happens.

I decided to go for this one even though it was more expensive since it got good reviews. It holds a lot of stuff and looked better than I expected. It's not perfect, I wish the pockets were a little different, broken up more, and not a huge fan of the zippered ones. But it seems sturdy and gets the job done. If it lasts at least a few years (hopefully many more) it's worth the $20.

We don’t have any storage space and only a couple of closets. I wanted our wrapping paper easy to reach and stored so it wouldn’t get crushed in the closet. When this arrived, I put several rolls of wrapping paper, spools of ribbon, gift bags, gift boxes, tissue paper and holiday treat sacks. There is still room for tape and scissors. Everything fits well, I didn’t have to shove things in the pockets. I was surprised at how much I was able to pack in it. We can clearly see what supplies we have and if we need to purchase gift wrap, bags, etc. Having everything in one place makes it simple to gift wrap. You don’t have to go digging through stuff looking for your gift wrap supplies. We have ours hanging on the back of a bedroom door. It’s much easier than having it take up valuable closet space. It is quite sturdy. It hasn’t fallen off, even when we pull it back to grab gift bags. My husband no longer has to yell, “Where do we keep the wrapping paper?”

My old wrapping paper holder was falling apart. Gift bags were spilling over the side and it didn’t hold all my rolls of gift wrap. I saw the Autono double hanging storage on Amazon. The reviews were good, so I ordered it.It arrived in about a week. I was surprised at how sturdy it looked. The side pockets held 11 rolls of gift wrap. I adjusted the Velcro strap to hold them securely in place. The back storage is large enough to hold and easily see a lot of gift bags. There are 4 middle pouches. I used them for smaller gift bags, scissors, tape and small gift cards. One could be used for ribbon but I have too much to fit.The storage holder hangs out of the way in an extra closet.This is a great product and I’m very pleased with it.

This gift wrapping hanging storage does hold a lot. I have the much longer tubes if wrapping paper so this doesn't work for quite a few rolls of mine. But if you have regular sized tubes, then this should hold about 8 tubes, 4 on each side. I love the little pockets in between for bows, ribbons, etc. I even found a use for the tiny side pockets attached to where you put the tubes of wrapping.At this price though, I thought I could put even the tall tubes in it. Since I cannot, I'm still having to use the tall wrapping paper storage that I purchased at the big box store, and the whole purpose of this was to eliminate one storage item that sat on the floor to a hanging storage item which didn't take up floor space. Unfortunately that didn't happen for me. So I will have to modify an over-the-door shoe organizer for those longer tubes.One more mention, the hanger does turn so you and soon the storage bag around.

In hindsight I wish I had bought something like this that was really just for wrapping paper without the extra pockets. I think I’ll use them over time for gift bags and bows and things like others have done/as shown in the product photos but really for now I just needed something for our plethora of wrapping paper. I didn’t realize it would have additional pockets on the back too so we put more rolls in the lower back pocket (makes the top pocket unusable but that’s okay because I didn’t even anticipate they’d exist). We hung it on a wall which works great for us. Lightweight, comes all together in one piece so it’s ready to go, and the set up is pretty cool.

Solved my gift wrap storage problem. Just hope it hols up as the hanger seems a little flimsy.
