Can this be used with oil on the skin?

I don't see a reason why not - it should be fine to use with oil on the skin! I personally never used it with oil though!

What are the measurements? Base of knobble and base of the nipple (the part sticking out)?

Base of knobble is about 2 and a half inches, and nipple is about an inch.

Durability? I had a hand held, four legged plastic massager. One drop and it broke... Has anyone had issues with a drop on a hard surface?
