I used the on a Ruger Vacauro 45 Long Colt, now the empty rounds drop out without using the ejector.

Honed out the cylinder on my 357. Make sure you use honing oil.

I had a TC Contender that had issues with cases sticking in the chamber after firing. I had tried a brass wire brush and numerous solvents and patches thinking it was dirty. No luck. I read about these on a forum and figured I'd give it a try. And let me tell you this little number fixed that problem right up. If I ever have issues again I know exactly what I'll be doing!

I rated this item a 5 because it works great! The only negative is the short length of the shank. It makes it difficult to hone longer barrels. I had to purchase a drill bit extension to do my barrel.

The hone was easy to use in a regular hand drill, although I do wish I had also ordered the 400 grit also...just to remove some of the powder/lead fouling already in the chamber. I ended up soaking a patch with a Hoppe's #9 and stuffing each chamber overnight before scrubbing with a brush.A couple of things to remember:1. Don't hone the cylinder without first removing it from the frame2. Move the hone through each chamber very slowly, before withdrawing it.With a little patience, I was able to produce a mirror finish inside each chamber

This FINALLY solved my problem! Been having fte in a tisas hi power clone I got, cases only coming half way out of chamber and jamming. Have tried everything else, changed extractor, springs nothing worked! Got this baby today honed out chamber , just put 250 rounds through it with 0 problems! Very happy customer! Thank you!

800 grit works well this is exactally what you need for a cylinder start with 400 .
