Highly recommended
Bought these on a whim after a particularly rough week of screen time. My eyes were dry, tight, and borderline painful by evening, and I'd tried warm facecloths but they go cold in two minutes. These are different. You peel the tab, shake the mask, and within about 30 seconds it's warm. Not fake-warm. Actually warm, and it holds the heat for a solid 15–20 minutes. You just lie there. That's it.I've been using one every other night before bed. The puffiness the next morning is noticeably reduced, and the dryness has calmed down. I can't say whether it's the heat itself or just forcing me to stop staring at my phone for 20 minutes, but either way it works.A few practical notes: they're unscented, which I prefer. I've used scented ones before and the fragrance sits in your nose the whole time. These let you breathe. The ear loops are soft and don't leave marks. The pouch they come in is small enough to fit in a hand luggage bag without any fuss. The only real downside is you go through them. Sixteen sounds like a lot until you're using them regularly. I'll be reordering.Good for eye strain, puffiness, tension headaches, and honestly just as a way to make yourself stop and rest for a few minutes. If you travel a lot or sit at a screen all day, these are worth keeping around.

So relaxing and great for dry eyes!
These steam eye masks heat up gradually and maintain a perfect, comfortable temperature without ever getting too hot. If you stare at screens all day and get dry eyes, putting one of these on before bed feels amazing. The moist heat really relieves eye fatigue and helps me relax and fall asleep faster. They are individually wrapped, making them perfect for home use or taking on long flights. Great value for a 20-pack!

Love the mask hate the ear loops
These heating lavener steam masks are great. They heat up to a nice warm temperature and are not too hot on the skin. They are lightly scented for calming and relaxing before sleep. I use them 3-4 times a week and feel that they help me sleep better and diminishes the undereye puffiness that can be unsightly. (But it might be because im sleeping better... who knows?!)However, i do not like the ear loops attached. They are a bit small and it feels like pulling on my ears when lying down. I dont use them at all. And either pull them off or just let them hang to the side. The ear loops DO secure the eye mask in place and are soft. They just arent comfortable for me. You be the judge ;)

No Steam
I’m not sure why they are called STEAM eye masks; it doesn’t produce any steam. They are comfortable to wear and do heat up for about 30 minutes. Easier than using a damp wash cloth warmed up in the microwave. I wish there was a steam-producing version.

Amazing “fall asleep quickly” aid
I have severe nighttime dry eyes that disturb my sleep through the night. I use this mask at bedtime. I don’t think I count to 20 and I am asleep…it’s amazing. When I take the mask off my eyes are nice and moist. I do get dry eye relief for several hours.Praying for a miracle to heal this horrible condition PERIOD

Minor issue...Ears too tight
I absolutely love this. I have dry eyes and was told to use moist heat. I have this on subscribe and save. The only issue I have is the ear opening. I think I have an average head, but it is tight over the ears. To solve this problem, I cut the around the original opening. I wear this at night like an eye mask that blocks out light. Couple of times I fell asleep with the mask on. But to my amazement, I slept through the night! I usually get up several times a night to pee. Since it helps me sleep through the night, I've been using it several times a week. Maybe not the case for everyone, but it did help me. Also, when my eyes are really tired, I will use this in the evening. It stays hot quite a while. Even after an hour, the eye mask is still warm. "Steam" is a stretch, because I don't think there is any. I don't like "perfume" smells either so this is great since it doesn't have any fragrance. Moisturizing? I don't think so either. I did have dark eye circles which seem to be lightening, but you can still tell I have them. The mask does get hot but you can't really feel it unless you press it to your eyes. I do this occasionally because I want to feel the heat. Otherwise it's just warm on the eyes. Heats up pretty quick, too. By the time I recut the ear part, the mask is already heated.

They work!
I at first skeptical about the steam eye masks but they actually do heat up to an comfortable temperature. I bought them for my dry eyes to help release the blocked glands on my eyelid.
