It works great. We chopped 100 pounds of onions in about an hour. Would have taken less time if we had all the onions ready. We also cleaned 10 bunches of celery, stood them up in the feed and just pushed them thru. It did plug up at the end of the celery, but it probably would not have if we had put a few less through at a time. Use a square bowl to catch and have it raised up or pieces will fly everywhere. I bought it to use in our 4-H food stand at the fair. Prep took about 3 hours less. Great purchase

The dicing attachments come with a space over the Oriental blade and the cover, which collects smaller and flat pieces of the vegetable and the machine stops working. I have open the layers of attachments to clear these pieces to start he machine again. I don't think the deicer is a perfect fit, Orly designed. I paid a lot of money for this feature and i is he most frustrating part of the machine.

We use this in a commercial kitchen everyday and love it. It's a great, cheaper alternative to the Robot Coupe.

Get the job done in seconds, as opposed to about an hour. It makes short work of a salsa, cole slaw, pounds of cheese... Very happy with this unit.

I purchased this for a restaurant venture that has yet to start, so I've been using this at home with great success (Processing large batch garbanzo beans for hummus, and using the dicer). I will re-post reports of how it holds up under heavy restaurant use in the future. I do wish that the continuous feed attachment would also work with the slicing blade attachment and not just the dicing attachment.
