I personally have one and use it. **Q: Is this grill specifically for an indoor gas range? Can it be used on an electric range?** A: I have only used it on gas range_Not sure of use on electric range_not sure if should sit directly on an electric coil_you also need to secure it so it does not slide or move around while cooking. **Q: Can this grill be used on a flat cook top? Thank you.** A: Yes it can. I used it tonight for the first time on my glass top electric stove. I cooked chicken breast and they were great. Two things though. Never use higher than medium heat and it takes a long time to heat up, about 30 minuyes. **Q: Where do the grease drippings go? To your stove top?** A: There is a metal ring under the grill plate that collects the drippings. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Impressed *by S***F on Reviewed in the United States on April 7, 2015* Received this grill about a week ago and have been testing it out ever since.To start off, it is light weight and while the cook top is smaller than I anticipated, it handles a fair amount of grill able items.It cools off very fast, within minutes it is cool enough to move with bare hands. The cook time is longer as you are not directly on the heat source. It claims to be a smokeless grill and so far has lived up to that claim. Very little residual vapor from cooking and cleans up well. It is recommended that you wipe a thin coat of oil to assist in maintaining the non-stick surface. While I does cook through meats of various thickness, it would take quite some time to cook the meat shown in the advertisement picture. I find cutting thicker pieces it half help drive the cook time down. But if you are not in a hurry and enjoy cooking ... We grilled some fish on it and the fish wouldn't get crisp on the outside which is the way we prefer it.
