Works pretty well - so far.
I had an old retractable clothesline for 20+years that worked great. Unfortunately the casing finally cracked beyond repair from the California sun. I have been having difficulty getting a good replacement. This one is working reasonably well although the line it itself is way too stretchy and it is difficult to get it tight enough. Also it can feel a bit lose when retracting so you have to be pretty careful with it so it doesn't get tangled, probably due to the stretchiness of the line as well. I am hopeful that this one will last. It was a good price- but I would be very willing to pay more for a really good quality product.

Overall good value, we have two
Super easy to use except that it doesn’t hold tight well. I wish the cord was a less elastic material. Sometimes the cord itself comes out from where it is hooked in place (wrapped). Overall good value for money and I’m glad it doesn’t take up a whole lot of space. We have one installed in our backyard and one in our back room for rainy days.

Nice clean line.... did not hold the cord taut. I had to hook the cord around a little thing on the holder.Not a biggie but very annoying.

JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR.
I use it on my deck for hanging out laundry and saving on use of the dryer. Had to use outdoor screws- indoor screws come with it.

It’s not white.
This is not white. It’s pink/purple/white. I am so disappointed. I’m talking a very subtle pink/purple mixed with white. But is there. It’s horrible.

great purchase.. line is heavy duty... such an easy fix for a clothes line only as you need it

not a good product
I would not suggest this to anyone. First you cant really wrap it around the bottom to use just want you want of the line, it will not hold. Second this broke the 3rd time I used it, with nothing but light weight shirts on it. Do not recommend

Cheap Material
Vinyl line stretches when loaded. Big sag.My last one lasted 30 years. I wish I could find one like the one I had.
