Great wrist roller
I have tried several wrist rollers over the years, and this is by far the best! The grips are just perfect, and can be used either with or without gloves. The thickness of the bar is nice as well, and I definitely find that between the grip and the thickness, I can use more weight with this roller than others. This roller does a great job of working both the top and the bottom of the forearm. Finally, I use hanging straps to suspend my roller, so that I can completely isolate the forearms. The polished chrome finish is great, because it allows smooth rotation in the straps. Pros: Great grips, bar thickness, chromed polish Cons: Have to flip roller in order to do rotations in both directions. Rolling away works the top of the forearms, rolling toward you works the bottom.

Part of the home gym
I made this part of my pandemic home gym. I use it for my bicep curls and wrist curls. Since I have a few iron plates around the house from my old barbell set it was easy to load this contraption up with some weight and start using it. The comfort, sturdiness, etc. are all great. The one issue I had is that the post that holds the weights is right at almost exactly the same size as the hole in my plates (it's a home set of weights, not a commercial gym set) and I have needed to take a little grinding to the hole. Not a deal killer, but I don't think the designer needed to make the post as thick as it is. Overall, I recommend this compact accessory if you have some weights already.

Decent quality wrist roller
I built a home gym during COVID and was looking for something like this. The bar itself is good quality and appears to be able to hold a decent amount of weight. The string is thin and the carabiner is cheap zinc. The issue is the plastic piece that is supposed to hold weights. It's only 1" thick and extremely cheap. I tried loading a 35# crumb bumper on it and it was impossible to use. The plate was all over the place because the plastic part is so small and doesn't hold much weight. I think this would be best for wrapping around a kettlebell using the carabiner and not using the cheap plastic park to hold weight plates. If you are good with that, then this is a decent option.
