These are great booty bands! They provide three different levels of resistance. The fabric is nice and soft and they don't slide or pinch my skin. They are super light making them easy to pack in a suitcase for travel. They are the perfect with for using higher up or lower down on the legs. There is a little instruction booklet and a bag to keep them in. Definitely a keeper.

They're durable, stretchy, and really good quality for the price. I also love that they come in different sizes and resistance levels, which makes workouts so much easier and more customizable. Definitely money well spent. I’ve been using them consistently, and they still hold up great. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for good workout bands.

These bands are sturdy but heavier fabric than I anticipated based on ones I have used previously. The thickness takes some getting used to which is why I rated them a 4. However, I think they will have a long life and work well with exercises. Colors are also pretty.

These resistance bands are terrific! They come with directions/illustrations for a complete workout and I highly recommend them. They were delivered right on time and were packaged with care, also. This is a great company that is dedicated to fitness!
