Does this have an always on mode or a low voltage trickle charge mode?

From what I experienced, it's either all on or all off, until the charge is depleted. I have found the unit to be reliable and effective.

Use the micro-USB cable comes with the package to charge the power bank. Charging port is located on the side of the portable charger.
