WINSINN 30mm Fan 5V, 3D Printer Micro 5 Volt Fans 3010 Hydraulic Bearing, Brushless Cooling 30mmx10mm 2PIN (Pack of 5Pcs)

The stock fan on my JGAurora A5 was always loud and as it was nearing the end of its life it only got louder. I ordered one of these and soldered a female JST (2.54) connector to the fan connection for this and future fan changes (should make fan swaps simple plug and play from now on). I powered on the printer and no noise. Dead silence. I thought something was wrong with my subpar soldering skills. I checked the fan and it was spinning at full tilt. Awesome. Pack of 5 is great also.

Tiny little fans come in handy when you are making odd things all the time. I use one on a V6 hot end clone, and the others have gone on various projects. These draw very little power, so a custom quick and dirty little boost regulator gets me up to 24V with no problem. They move enough air to be effective, but they can get a bit noisy depending on the environment and application. Smaller fans have to spin faster to produce airflow, so this was expected.

30mm fans are notoriously loud, especially on modern 3D printers. As such I wanted to replace the 30mm for the hot end on my 3D printer. Sadly these don't provide enough cooling for my purposes. That being said though, they are incredibly quiet and I will likely find some other application for them...

I have used other Winsinn fans on various projects and they works great. With these I use them for my raspberry pi 3b's that I control my Ender 3 Pro and CR-10 V2 3d printers with.

Ok these 5 fans were somewhere around $10. I got them for the hotend of my 3d printer. With that in mind I'm not going to complain that none lasted 60000 hours or whatever the laughable rating said. If you want that you probably need to get the tan with maroon blades fan, 1 for $20. If I don't have to make another order like this for 1.75+ years I'll have gotten my $ worth.

I use these on Pi4 and LePatatos, low price, extremely quiet.

These don’t work for a while they move very little air

Oddly enough, the PlayStation VR module given to me by my neighbor had no fan in it! The fan was missing entirely, and there was no indication that the module was pulled apart. The PS VR setup just failed due to heat after more than 10 minutes of playing.I looked into replacements (3-pin PWM fans), and nothing would be delivered short of three weeks from China. Just one fan would cost $18 USD. So I chose to go with this 2-pin fan. I soldered it up, and it works like a charm! It may be a bit louder when running, but there have been no issues with heat or the sound of the fan when the VR setup is used.

Quiet and quite strong.

Die kleinen Lüfter sind leise bei 22V (Test), man hört sie kaum. Ob die Luftmenge für die Kühlung am 3D-Drucker reicht, wird sich zeigen.

Replaced a noisy fan on a CNC control board. A bit too thick but does the job well and silently, and I have 4 spare.
