Doesn't need a large wattage amp to drive
Just got this a couple days ago. Amateur player, in my basement. Hooked it up to an 8 ohm, (important) Joyo 20 watt Bluejay amp available on Amazon. Was blown away. Had to tone it down. Best sounds come from amp on High Gain, but the dials back a bit. Super lows, Crisp highs in the background. With a 20 watt tube hybrid like my Joyo, may not be enough to gig, but if you want a true live band sound at a household level, where the neighbors won't bang on your door, this 212 cab is it.I think the person who wrote about it being fuzzy either was running at the wrong ohm values, or had a blown speaker out of the box. Bummer, but I just sent a guitar back due to a cracked neck. We all been there. Seismic is a good company

Unbeatable for the price
Kinda boomy but what youโd expect for a closed back ported cab. Have run it with a few different heads, no problems at 8ohms. Speakers arenโt exactly vintage Celestions but are rock solid for the price. Currently running a Randall Diavlo thru it, zero complaints.

Hands Down
I didn't know what to expect from the Seismic closed cab. I had been in the market for something smaller than my 4x 12' Bottom so I started looking at empty shells to split my Celestians. I stumbled upon this setup in that search. The same price as a shell, but was loaded. My expectations were not set too high. I had read the previous feedback and felt as it was worth the craftsmanship alone, so I ordered. This 2x 12' cabinet Rocks!! I ran my 100 watt Marshall "Valvestate head through this setup. I was blown away!! I got the low end rumble as well as the clearness and crisp mid tones. The speakers held up..I checked!!!!Expectations met and over achieved! I would definitely recommend this cabinet to everyone looking for a smaller setup without sacrificing your sound. Great job Seismic

Ok for PA speaking
As far as $ = Value , OK . OK for A P A system for school, Church or public speaking , It's fine . For a good amp headAnd electric guitar ,Spend your money onThe Recommended Cab . A Randall head should be paired with a Randall Cab , Marshall with Marshall & so on . I played anEOD88 & A Marshall Cab . Worked fine .If you don't have a favorite cab , stay with your favorite Brand . For a small output head this cab should cut it

Nice light weight 2x12 cab
I actually bought this for the cab. I tried the stock speakers just for comparison. I removed them and put in a pair of V30โs I had in an 80โs Peavey cab that was oversized & weighed like 80lbs. I also added a set of casters. Really wanted a closed non-ported cab, but the tone Iโm getting is excellent. Wanted a smaller cab for gigs, tired of lugging the 4x12 and my previous 2x12 cab I mentioned was even heavier than the 4x12.

The sound is THIN.
The tone out of this cab with the stock speakers is thin and gutless. The construction is really good, but Iโm going to swap the speakers out for some celestions.

Finally A Reasonably Priced 2x12
Great price and it sounds good. Seems well built as well. I don't gig with it or anything, so I can't say whether it would hold up to high volume or continued abuse but my Krank Rev Jr sounds great through it next to my recliner in the living room. I just never understood why you could buy a 4x12 cheaper than a 2x12! Thanks Seismic Audio for changing that!! I'll probably buy another.

Seismic 2x12
WellThis surprises me.Alot better for guitar than I expected. It can be really brightAnd have decent bottom.Depends on your amp and settings.I'd buy it again if needed

Good 2 12.
Amazing 212 cabinet, would have paid more for less at the music store. Handles my hundred watt orange tube amp no problem when I don't feel like carrying my 4 12. Good tone with the tiny terror in the living room also.
